I live in Belfast with my partner and three step-children. We are trying to grow our own fruit and vegetables, with mixed results (at least the local wildlife are well-fed). I have been an extra in films that have been filmed in Belfast, which included two months spent with mud in my hair and my partner was an extra in ‘The Fall’. I love baking (patterns in recipes too) and I am a big fan of the Great British Bake Off, but have been unable to reproduce Mary Berry’s jaffa cakes.
